Encore Rewards covers Burnaby. Winner's Edge is the Edmonton floor label — not Encore downtown. Offers rotate by property, and your membership card does not log you into Grand Villa Casino online. Here is how to confirm live promos on site, what each programme does, and how floor deals differ from online bonuses.
Two provinces, two loyalty names, one rule — floor offers and cards stay on the gaming floor. Online play uses a different account and offer set.
What's on Now — Check Before You Go
Burnaby and Edmonton each run a separate calendar tied to slots, tables, poker, drawings, and events. They do not share one master list. A slot tournament downtown does not tell you what Burnaby's poker room is running the same weekend. Banners turn over fast.
Confirm live offers on the property: Guest Services, the membership desk, on-floor signage, property screens, and card-desk staff. Ask what applies to your visit date before you plan around a named event. We do not pin end dates, prize pools, or earn multipliers here.
Illustrative names only — confirm on site before you travel:
Example Promo Names
| Property | Example promo names (illustrative) |
|---|---|
| Burnaby | Paint & Sip · Weekend Cash Storm · Omaha Rake Break Sundays |
| Edmonton | Customer Appreciation October · Slot Tournament |
Burnaby
Edmonton
Some promos tie to live craps, the Cypress Room, or slot tournaments — ask Guest Services if tonight's pit or tournament still qualifies.
You must meet provincial age rules to enter and play: 19+ with valid government photo ID in BC at Burnaby, 18+ in Alberta at Edmonton. ID detail stays in your visit guide.
Encore Rewards in Burnaby
Encore Rewards is Gateway's floor loyalty programme at Grand Villa Casino Burnaby. Membership is free at Guest Services with valid government photo ID — get the card before you count on earning from play you already planned.
Encore may work across other Gateway casino floors in principle. We do not publish tier names, point rates, or comp formulas here. Ask at the desk when you play.
Encore covers physical play at Burnaby and the wider Gateway network. It is not your Grand Villa Casino online login.
Offer types on the Burnaby side (not live deals) include drawings, select multipliers, table promos, poker rake-break events, and seasonal campaigns. The membership desk can explain which buckets are active without promising a specific prize.
Winner's Edge in Edmonton
Winner's Edge is Edmonton's floor loyalty label. Do not call it Encore Rewards downtown — same job, different name by property.
Signup matches Burnaby: Guest Services with valid ID, free basic membership in the usual Gateway model. Arrival detail stays in your visit guide.
Winner's Edge rewards in-person play only. It does not merge with Grand Villa Casino online. Gaming entry for promo nights is 18+ with government photo ID in Alberta.
BetRivers is an operator partner for play from home — not Grand Villa Casino online on this site.
Floor Promotions vs Online Offers
Floor promotions and Encore Rewards / Winner's Edge apply to in-person visits. Grand Villa Casino online runs its own offers, signup, and provincial rules.
Accounts do not merge. Your floor card is not an online login.
Floor vs Online — Quick Comparison
| Detail | Floor | Online |
|---|---|---|

| Card or login | Membership card from Guest Services (Encore in Burnaby, Winner's Edge in Edmonton) | Separate online account — not floor card credentials |
| Earn and redeem | Qualifying physical play and rotating floor promos — no published tier or rate tables here | Separate earn, bonuses, and redemption rules on the online product |
| Typical offer types | Drawings, table and slot events, poker rake breaks, seasonal campaigns — names verify at the property | Deposit matches, free-play style promos, catalogue offers — not duplicated here |
| Accounts merge? | No. Floor loyalty and online wallets stay separate. BetRivers promotions are not Grand Villa Casino online. | Separate accounts only |
What this page skips: online wagering terms, deposit methods, and full bonus rules — those belong with Grand Villa Casino online.
Guest Services and on-floor screens carry tonight's floor deals. Home-play offers belong with Grand Villa Casino online only.
Responsible Gambling and Loyalty
Loyalty should not push you to chase losses or stretch past your budget. Cards and points suit visits you already planned.
Gateway Casinos supports responsible gambling on its floors without turning offers into pressure to keep playing.
For help, GameSense serves Alberta and ConnexBC serves BC — ask staff to point you to those programmes on site.
Treat promos as optional. Set a limit and take breaks.
